1. Booking & Payment

• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining balance must be paid before or during the trip as agreed.
• Prices may change due to seasonal rates, fuel costs, government taxes, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• No refund will be provided for unused services during the trip.

3. Travel Documents

• Guests must carry valid ID proof during the journey.
• Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during booking.

4. Hotel & Transport

• Hotels and vehicles are provided according to the selected package.
• In case of unavailability, similar category alternatives will be arranged.
• Check-in and check-out timings depend on hotel policies.

5. Weather & Safety

• Kashmir weather can change rapidly; delays or itinerary changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Trip to Kashmir is not responsible for losses caused by natural disasters, flight cancellations, landslides, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Guest Responsibility

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully with drivers, hotel staff, guides, and local residents.
• Any damage caused by guests to hotel property or vehicles will be charged directly to the guest.

7. Adventure Activities

• Activities such as skiing, trekking, rafting, pony rides, and snow sports are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
• Guests should follow all safety instructions provided by guides or operators.

8. Changes in Itinerary

• The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

9. Liability

• Trip to Kashmir acts only as a travel organizer and is not liable for injury, loss, theft, accident, delay, or additional expenses caused during the journey.
